Error "404 Not Found" When Trying to Update/Download TestDataPro.

KB38 Why am I getting Error 404 Not Found when trying to download TestDataPro software update from within the TestDataPro app?

AEM Precision Cable Test released TestDataPro PC Software version 5.0.307.0 on 18 March 2024. In this release, we introduced compatibility with the Microsoft App Store to allow users to download not only from our website but also from the Microsoft App Store. This change required a different file format for the installer file. For this reason, users who try to update through the "Check For Updates" function on the Help tab of older versions of TestDataPro will see a "404 Not Found" error if they click the green "Ok" button, as the file is no longer at that link.

Please download the latest TestDataPro installer directly from the Downloads under My Account in the AEM website, or go to the Microsoft Apps Store and search for TestDataPro.
