KB24 Network Service Assistant (NSA) License
From the Network Service Assistant Home screen, click Settings -> License and you will see the License information displayed. Only TestPro units capable of certification testing will have a valid license. Network Service Assistant does not require a license so the License screen will show no license and a red "X" as shown in the image below, this is normal and does not impact the operation of the Network Service Assistant as the Certi-Lite cable testing is a Qualification+ test, not a Certification test.
